  • I buried my brother at Bluebonnet Hills Cemetery 33 years ago. I had only been to his grave once in the last 33 years. I have started going almost daily and noticed that the built in vase in the headstone was stuck and I could not pull it out.
I spoke to a funeral director on a Sunday and by Tuesday it was repaired and functions perfectly.
Thank you for the amazing service and respect that you showed me.

  • The staff and services at Bluebonnet in Colleyville are truly wonderful and caring. We lost our daughter recently, and Bluebonnet held our hand the entire way and helped us craft a beautiful visitation and memorial service that met and exceeded my expectations. A big thanks to our funeral director Gerald Clark.

  • I'm posting this from two perspectives. And, since I've never been a CLIENT of theirs, I'm only giving them four stars.

Due to my business, I've had the opportunity to do some work at Bluebonnet Hills. I've actually done work at several area funeral homes, and one thing that stand out at this facility is their care and respect for everyone that walks through their doors. I've heard many conversations in the back, and have always been impressed by their sensitivity to the situations their clients are walking through. I've not personally used their services, mind you (and I hope I won't need to for quite some time!) - but they are definitely on the top of my list. I've had the pleasure of interfacing with much of their staff, and they are great people.

Last month (May 2017), I had the opportunity to attend the Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park Memorial Day service. My father is 92 years old and a Navy Veteran, and I'll say this was a wonderful service to thank the many men and women who have given the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our great country. The service was very dignified and respectful - something I've come to expect from Bluebonnet, without any disappointment. There were Boy Scouts passing out bottled water in the Texas heat - they thought of everything. This is definitely a "must-do" for me and my family from now on.

Our family choose a place for my son Gerry Jetton in 2014. it had 24 hour music and next to the lake with the sight and sounds of the water feature. We placed my son there because it's peaceful and beautiful. Since that time the music either stopped or turned off and only fixed after many callers and request for them to fix it. Then one of the water feature broke and parts and pieces floated around the lake for months, when the junk floated up beside my sons resting place we called and requested something to be done again. Bad repairs and a try at replacing it with one that did not match and ended taking it out. It's 2016 and nothing has been done. The music is off and only one of the water features work the one by my son is still gone. Many people have complained with no results. We hate to file suit just to get this place to take care of these issues. Sad our family has to go through this.

Worst experience ever. They continued to draft our bank account after the funeral was paid in full. Now, management has made promise after promise to return the money to no avail! We finally had to close that account to stop the debits! Be very careful when considering Bluebonnet Hills during a time that families don't need the stress!
